By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this Refund Policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds for services may be requested under the following conditions:
Project Cancellation: If a client wishes to cancel a project before work has commenced, they may be eligible for a full refund of any upfront payments made.
Partial Work Completed: If the project has already started but has not been completed, the refund will be prorated based on the amount of work completed. The client will be refunded the remaining balance after deducting costs for work already performed.
Service Disputes: In the case of dissatisfaction with the service, the client must first provide feedback and attempt to resolve the issue through communication with our team. Refunds will be considered only if the matter cannot be resolved through further revisions or discussions.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services may be non-refundable under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:
Completed Projects: If the web development or design project has been fully delivered or completed, no refunds will be offered.
Custom Work: For services involving customized work (e.g., unique design assets or web features), once delivered and approved, refunds will not be issued.
Consulting and Hourly Services: If the service involves consulting or hourly work, payments are generally non-refundable once the work has been initiated or completed.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, the client must contact us within 7 days of the project delivery or service initiation. Refund requests should be submitted in writing via email at [email protected] with the following details:
Project name and description
Invoice or payment details
Reason for the refund request
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 15 business days. We will notify you of the outcome of your request.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be credit within 15 business days in original payment method. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
